我極少吃油炸的甜甜圈,但卻又很喜歡甜甜圈式的點心!(原來我特別喜歡bagel並不是沒有理由的呀,原來都長得一樣!呵呵!)
想著買甜甜圈烤盤已經想好久好久了,一直沒有買,總覺得會不會又是浪費錢呢!最近正好有40%off的折價卷,顧不了那麽多了,就去把它買回家了啦!(不愛吃油炸的,但可以做用烤得蛋糕甜甜圈啊!)
女兒看到也迫不及待的吵著我們趕緊來做做看!因爲她想做裝飾囉!
第一次就直接參照烤盤附的食譜來做做看吧!嗯。。。這個烤盤質量不錯,我很喜歡哦,烤出來的蛋糕很漂亮哦!
Baked Cake Doughnuts (Yield 12 doughnuts)
2 cups cake flour (低筋麵粉), ¾ cup granulated sugar (細砂糖), 2 tsp. baking powder (泡打粉), ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg (我省了), 1 tsp. salt (鹽巴), ¾ cup buttermilk (我直接用鮮奶), 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 2 tbsp. butter, melted ( 溶化奶油)
Preheat oven to 425F. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together cake flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. (將粉類材料過篩拌勻)
- Add buttermilk, eggs, and butter. Beat until combined. (加入液狀材料,攪拌均勻)
- Fill each doughnut cup approximately 2/3 full (倒入模中約2/3滿)
- Bake 7-9 minutes or until the top of the doughnut spring back when touched.
- Let cool in pan for 4-5 minutes before removing.
- Finish doughnut with chocolate glaze, cinnamon sugar, or confections’ sugar.
